![• A systematic review on the prevalence of 53 long-term conditions in adults with cerebral palsy has found that the most common are scoliosis, malnutrition and urinary incontinence. It also highlights that adults with cerebral palsy are more likely to have long-term physical and/or mental health problems than adults without cerebral palsy. • Many long-term conditions that adults with cerebral palsy face, like malnutrition, anxiety, depression and high blood pressure, may get better or even be prevented if they are screened for early and helped in time. • Health professionals can make a positive difference by becoming more aware of potentially preventable conditions and offering regular check-ups and proactive care for adults with cerebral palsy throughout their lives. This helps address their changing needs and supports them in managing their health.]()
