Chronic conditions among adults with cerebral palsy
This project explored the risk of developing age- and lifestyle-related chronic diseases among adults with cerebral palsy. It also aimed to explore causes of death among adults with cerebral palsy in the United Kingdom (UK).
We used data from Clinical Practice Research Datalink (CPRD), which collects anonymised patient data from a network of GP practices across the UK. We also used linked data from the Office for National Statistics and Hospital Episode Statistics.
