Sharing our research about transition at a British Academy of Childhood Disability study day.
We were delighted to present with Emma Livingstone, CEO of UP – the Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement, at a British Academy of Childhood Disability (BACD) London-South Regional study day. The study day was about transition, focusing on moving towards positive change. We shared findings from the Ignition study, including the resources that young people with CP want to support transition to adult health services. Emma shared how UP are using our research to inform how they support people with CP.
